Home based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, J. Perez-Mesa is the principal photographer and director of PMR Image Group, primary covering the Caribbean Basin and all United States of America. He has published his work in local, national and international news papers, magazines and books. His art, performing arts, dance and documentary photos are part of public and private collections in several countries. 

At this point, as a freelance photographer, he works most of his assignments as a news photo agency, while also accepts editorial or documentary assignments.
